Application: choice edible

Characteristics: Fruitbodies are typical oyster mushroom-like except for the lemon yellow cap colour and fragile fruitbodies. Popular with home cultivators as it is very easy to fruit on almost all cellulose substrates, but for commercial use, the fruitbodies are a bit delicate. The fruitbodies need to be carefully handled as they break easily reducing their appeal in the marketplace.

Temperature Range : High: 21-29°C fruiting temperature.

Recommended Substrate: Straw, hardwood sawdust, corn cobs, paper, leaves or agricultural wastes cotton wastes, husks and stalks of sunflower, coffee wastes.
